Payment Policy

  • Payment is collected at the time the monitor is set.

  • Payments will not be refunded unless there is an issue on our end.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least [X] hours’ notice.

  • If a cancellation is made within the required notice period, a full refund may be issued.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a non-refundable service fee.

Service Issues and Refunds

  • If our testing services are not completed due to an issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will not be issued for inaccurate test results due to customer non-compliance with pre-testing guidelines.
